WE ARE A NUT-FREE SCHOOL

No nuts or nut products in school

The school provides delicious two-course lunches that are cooked in our own kitchen by Alliance in Partnership. Fresh, healthy ingredients are used and there is a wide variety of food for your child to choose from every day, including a vegetarian main course and jacket potato meals as well as a variety of vegetables and a salad bar (see below for examples).

Regular themed lunches take place each half term, inc:

Diwali lunch, WW2 lunch, Bonfire Night, Hawaiian Luau

All school lunches MUST be prebooked on ParentPay before 7am, on the day you require them. Parents can advance book for a whole term.

 Pupil lunches cost £2.53

Spring/Summer Menus 2024

All children in Foundation and Years 1 and 2 (Key Stage 1) can have free school meals.

To continue receiving free school meals from Year 3 upwards, families need to be in receipt of the following:

  • income support
  • job seekers allowance
  • child tax credit

Even if you are eligible but you do not want your child to have a free school meal, it is worth applying as the school receives funding based on the numbers of Free School Meal places and this directly impacts on the service we are able to offer.

If you think you meet the free school meals eligibility criteria, please call CBC on 0300 300 8306. When you call to apply for free school meals, please have the following information ready:

  • National Insurance numbers and dates of birth for you and your partner
  • dates of birth for your children
  • if you receive support from the National Asylum Support Service, your NASS number
