Holiday Club
Marston Moreteyne VC School Holiday Club is a child care facility available to parents with children currently attending our school, older children at Chimney Tots Pre-School and other local schools. The club offers a range of exciting activities designed to cater for the social needs of children aged between four and ten years. Holiday Club staff are committed to delivering the highest possible standards in child care provision and the club itself is managed by the school and monitored by the Local Authority.
Holiday Club is situated in its own purpose built rooms located on the Church side of the school. It is well resourced and spacious, catering very well for the diverse needs of younger children.
The club has spaces available for 24 children. Places are allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Holiday Club will be open for most school holidays, except Christmas and not for Bank Holidays or training days. Parents are offered morning, afternoon or full day care provision. A light breakfast/tea and drinks will be provided, but we ask you to send your child with a packed lunch if they are to stay for the full day. Parents can drop children off for the morning session from 8.00 a.m. and for the afternoon session from 12.30 p.m. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to provide an ad hoc hourly rate.

Holiday Club Fees: Morning Session (up to 4 ½ hours) 8.00 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. £18 Afternoon Session (up to 5 hours) 12.30 p.m. - 5.30 p.m. £20 Daily Rate (up to 9 ½ hours) 8.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. £35 Any collection later than 15 minutes will not be charged for if it is a one off occasion, but we must stress that persistent late collection will be recorded with a view to charging. Payment should be made in advance, preferably by Parentpay, childcare vouchers, direct bank transfer or cheque made payable to Marston Moreteyne VC School. A full week's notice is required for cancellation of booked sessions without charge. |
